We'd love to meet you in person and have already met several Lumatone buyers in person to hand deliver their Lumatone to them. Our shop is located in the west side of Toronto, Canada in the dynamic neighbourhood of Parkdale. If you live in the region or just feel like taking a road trip, you're absolutely welcome to come pick up your Lumatone in person when it is ready.

Simply reach out to us ahead of ordering to confirm, and we'll enable pickup as a method of delivery for your purchase, allowing you to avoid any shipping costs.
