We have worked hard to design and build Lumatone like a tank. It is constructed out of anodized aluminum, and our keys have been tested for strength and longevity. That said, with any new category of instrument comes the possibility that things might go wrong at some point.

We're standing behind every single Lumatone with a 3-Year Warranty, which is three times the standard manufacturers warranty for most musical instruments.

If something goes wrong or isn't working properly, we'll work with you until it's made right. Since our hardware has been well-tested, we expect that most things that don't work as expected with Lumatone will be resolved via frequent firmware updates and our attentive customer support. But if anything should go wrong with the hardware itself, we will work with you to replace or repair it at no cost to you for three years from the date of your purchase.
