Lumatone ships in a large, heavy box with ample protective packaging. As a result, it isn't the cheapest thing in the world to ship. We've negotiated good shipping rates and depending on where you live, you will receive your instrument via one of a few different couriers.

We ship from our home base here in Toronto, Canada. 

Canadians will receive their Lumatone via Canpar / Loomis. If you live in the USA or Mexico, you will receive your package via either DHL express or UPS ground, depending on your proximity to us.

For those of you outside of North America, we ship via DHL Express.

We ship to most non-sanctioned countries worldwide. If you live in China, please contact us before ordering.
