When ordering your Lumatone, you will not be charged sales tax at the time of purchase unless you live in Canada. Recipients in all other countries will -- in most cases -- be required to pay their local jurisdiction's sales tax at the time of delivery.

Taxes are assessed and charged by the courier, which in most cases will be DHL. In Europe, you can expect to pay VAT on your purchase price, and in the United States it is likely you'll pay your state's sales tax rate, although so far we have seen mixed experiences. 

As with all online purchases from other countries, taxes and duties are your responsibility. If you're concerned about how much you may be charged, please do research your local tax and duty regulations before ordering.
