Is your Lumatone's modulation wheel not working right? Before contacting us, we recommend you try calibrating your mod wheel. This process takes only a few minutes, and is done via our Lumatone Editor software.
- Connect your Lumatone to your computer.
- Start up the Lumatone Editor application. If you haven't installed it yet, you can download it here.
- Ensure your Lumatone has auto-connected by looking for the "Connected" message at the top-right of the application. If it hasn't, click the "auto" button to toggle into manual connection mode, and select the MIDI input and output where your Lumatone is located.
- Once connected, click the Settings button, found at the bottom-right of the application.
- Click the Calibrate section, and then click the Pith/Mod Wheel tab.
- Click Start Calibration.
- Turn the mod wheel all the way to the top until you meet resistance. Then, turn it all the way to the bottom until you meet resistance.
- Now repeat step 7 for the pitch wheel.
- Click End Calibration.
And that's it, you're done! Your pitch and mod wheel should both now be working as expected.
